The installation itself was carried out with impressive speed and precision, from routing the cables, to explaining how to remove the SD card from the CCTV camera, steps to connect to WiFi and personal hotspots, and demonstrated rapid execution of tasks without compromising quality. He further explained that standard captured CCTV footage will last for a maximum of 3 days, after which will be overridden. On top of that, he went above and beyond by helping to install air conditioner remote control holders at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. Initial engagement, home wifi installation using Unifi and support has been great. Wifi is setup in my landed home on all 3 floors together with Ubiquiti CCTV setup as well. He just walk one round around my house and say install more routers to solve coverage issue. Didn't do any test or what. just check my router app settings and say it is correct.
