He further explained that standard captured CCTV footage will last for a maximum of 3 days, after which will be overridden. On top of that, he went above and beyond by helping to install air conditioner remote control holders at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. Initial engagement, home wifi installation using Unifi and support has been great. Wifi is setup in my landed home on all 3 floors together with Ubiquiti CCTV setup as well. He just walk one round around my house and say install more routers to solve coverage issue. Didn't do any test or what. just check my router app settings and say it is correct. I had been having issues with network dropping for new setup and the whole duration took 2 months to resolve. Dr Wifi team are very professional, knowledgeable and patient. They always try to fix the earliest slot available. They had came down multiple times trying to fix the issue using various methods to the extent of coming down to my place to wait for the isp provider technician, calling the isp, speaking to my electrician etc. I was losing hope as the issue was very persistent but they assured me that they will stick with me till the end, I felt very comforted and impressed by their dedication.
